VolunTalks gives you a behind-the-scenes look at the lives of a group of volunteers living, working, and occasionally getting lost in translation in Terrassa, Catalonia. Whether you’re a volunteer yourself, curious about the experience, or just here for some great stories, this podcast has something for you.

We’re a group of people who come from different countries, speak different languages and bring different backgrounds and personalities to the table. But for 10 months, we’re sharing a house, a city, and the experience of participating in the European Solidarity Corps together. Spoiler alert: it’s not always smooth sailing—but that’s where the best stories come from!

In each episode, we explore the ups, downs, and in-betweens of volunteering. From learning how to live in an intercultural house to navigating Catalan way of life, you’ll hear honest conversations about the challenges, joys, and surprising lessons of this experience.

So, come along! Meet us, hear our stories, and maybe even pick up some questionable advice. VolunTalks is all about embracing the messy, beautiful reality of volunteering — one episode at a time.

VolunTalks et dona una mirada entre bastidors a les vides de un grup de voluntaris que viuen, treballen i, de tant en tant, es perden en la traducció a Terrassa, Catalunya. Tant si ets voluntari, com si tens curiositat per l’experiència o simplement ets aquí per escoltar històries interessants, aquest podcast té alguna cosa per a tu. Som un grup de persones de diferents països, que parlem diferents idiomes i que portem amb nosaltres diferents orígens i personalitats. Però durant 10 mesos compartim una casa, una ciutat i l’experiència de participar junts al Cos Europeu de Solidaritat. Spoiler alert: no sempre és un camí de roses, però precisament d’aquí surten les millors històries! A cada episodi, explorem els alts, els baixos i tot el que hi ha entremig del voluntariat. Des d’aprendre a conviure en una casa intercultural fins a endinsar-nos en la manera de viure catalana, escoltaràs converses sinceres sobre els reptes, les alegries i les lliçons inesperades d’aquesta experiència.
